Job Type: Full-time, On-site (This is a presential role in our San Antonio office)

Salary: $19 to $26 per hour

Job Description: We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Warehouse Workers. In this essential role, you will be responsible for various tasks within our warehouse environment that ensure efficient operation and proper management of inventory. You will play a critical role in the logistics process by assisting with the storage, movement, and distribution of our products. 

Responsibilities:

• Receive and unload incoming shipments; inspect for damages or discrepancies.
• Organize and store inventory in designated locations within the warehouse.
• Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently for shipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Perform regular inventory counts and report discrepancies to management.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment as needed.

Qualities We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in a warehouse or similar environment is a plus.
• Ability to lift heavy objects, typically up to 50 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
