Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to an executive. The role will focus on managing emails, scheduling, and handling various tasks to ensure the executive’s day runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and prioritize the executive’s email inbox, responding to or flagging important messages.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Organize and maintain the executive’s files and documents.
• Assist with general administrative tasks such as data entry, research, and report preparation.
• Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the executive.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.
• Personal tasks for executive as needed
• Office organization and management as needed
• Handle other tasks as assigned by the executive.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
• Strong email management skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
• Critical thinking skills with a focus on accuracy and problem-solving.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
Pay Range: $18 - $24 per hour
