Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled, enthusiastic Dental Assistant who thrives in a patient-focused, high-end dental practice. The ideal candidate will have experience in dental assisting and a

proactive, detail-oriented attitude to ensure smooth operations and an outstanding patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for aesthetic and restorative procedures.

• Assist the dentist during treatments, including cosmetic and advanced procedures.

• Educate patients about oral hygiene, postoperative care, and ongoing treatment recommendations.

• Sterilize and maintain instruments and ensure adherence to infection control protocols.

• Take and develop dental X-rays, ensuring accuracy and eIiciency.

• Accurately document patient medical and dental histories and assist with treatment plans.

• Provide exceptional patient care, focusing on comfort and a positive experience.

• Manage patient appointments and flow to maintain a well-organized schedule.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).

• Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) preferred.

• State-required certifications for radiography and infection control.

• Minimum of 1 year of dental assisting experience in a fee-for-service or aesthetic focused practice preferred.

• Proficiency in Dentrix software highly desired.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask eIectively in a fast-paced, upscale environment.
