Job Responsibilities:

  • Greeting clients and visitors and answering visitor inquiries
  • Operate a multi-line telephone system to receiving incoming and facilitate outgoing calls
  • Takes and delivers messages and routes calls to appropriate staff members
  • Provide a high level of client care in all activities, demonstrating professionalism and attention to detail at all times
  • Process routine documents of moderate complexity requiring knowledge of the terminology, policies and procedures of a legal office
  • Maintain and schedule conference rooms
  • Maintain lobby and waiting areas
  • Verify employee identification and issue visitor passes
  • Receive, sort and distribute incoming mail and legal document deliveries
  • Assist with administrative tasks when required, such as E-filing and data entry
  • Perform other duties as required to accomplish the objectives of the position

Job Requirements:

  • Must have at least 1 year of experience as a receptionist answering a multi-line phone in a business environment
  • Experience working at a title company is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills (telephone and in person)
  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus

Schedule:

  • 8-hour shift
  • Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm
