Requirements:
- Proven experience supporting senior executives, preferably in IT, Sales, or Marketing.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other business tools.
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments, and prioritizing tasks.
- Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and correspondence for executive review.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-ups.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Facilitate cross-departmental communication and ensure alignment between IT, Sales, and Marketing teams.
- Plan and manage travel arrangements, expense reports, and departmental budgets.
- Act as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders to maintain strong relationships.
- Perform other administrative duties to enhance productivity and efficiency.
