Position Summary: Performs advanced and highly confidential administrative duties for the President and Executive Staff. Serves as an administrative support to Secretary of the Officers Loan Committee, Directors Loan Committee, and Watch Credit and Work-out Credit, Asset and Liability Management Committee, and Compliance and Audit Leadership Committee Committees. Primary Responsibilities: Prepares a wide variety of letters, memos, minutes, and reports from notes and oral instruction, frequently confidential in nature. Efficiently creates usable, easy to read reports and spreadsheets from raw data often working with Team Leaders to customize reports. Maintains confidential files and records. Coordinates preparation and distribution of reports for various committees and meetings. Schedules meetings and appointments. Answers telephone, takes messages, may screen and greet visitors as appropriate. Assists CEO with communicating/instructing different departments, executives, and teams verbally or written. Orders office supplies and equipment when needed. Acts as Administrator of the NWB UPS website. Performs scanning and record keeping within AccuSystem Program. Coordinates overdraft decisions for the President as needed. Coordinates and supports CEO in the management of Disaster Recovery, Customer Information Security and other risk areas as assigned. Provides support as assigned by the CEO/FFG in the areas of bank Compliance and Bank Secrecy. Complete coin and currency service charge updates. Completes correspondence bank service charge GL entries. Responsible for NFindings Audit tracking report. Audit liaison for Internal, CPA, IT, and Regulatory Audits. Assists CEO in Board, Audit, ALCO committee report preparation. Ensures compliance with all Bank policies and procedures and all applicable state and federal banking laws, rules and regulations including Bank Secrecy Act and Anti Money Laundering to assist management in monitoring for suspicious activity, money laundering, or other illegal customer activity. Accurately prepare reports as directed and by established deadlines. Successfully identify and delegate audit materials in a timely fashion.
