HR Generalist Job at Express Employment Professionals in Fort Myers

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist with expertise in full-cycle recruiting to join a dynamic real estate organization. This role involves managing key HR functions, with a focus on talent acquisition, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet organizational needs.
• Support employee relations by addressing concerns, conducting investigations, and resolving workplace issues.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and company policies.
• Administer HR programs, including benefits, performance management, and training initiatives.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify and address staffing needs and workforce planning.
• Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Monitor and enhance HR processes to improve efficiency and employee satisfaction.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related matters.
• Support diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts across the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience as an HR Generalist with full-cycle recruiting responsibilities, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in HRIS and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with employees and leadership.
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus.
