HR Generalist
LHH is looking for an HR Generalist to support various HR functions such as talent acquisition, employee engagement, compliance, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and training. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of employment laws, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment and staffing efforts.
  • Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Foster positive employee and labor relations.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs.
  • Assist with employee training and development.

Qualifications:

Experience:

  • 3-5 years of HR Generalist experience.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
  • HR certifications (aPHR, PHR, SHRM-CP) are a plus.

Skills:

  • Knowledge of employment laws.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and web research tools.
  • Ability to work on-site and provide occasional after-hours support.

Preferred:

  • Experience in manufacturing or warehouse settings.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
