We are offering a long-term employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in Chalfont, PA. We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs, and managing our company’s general administrative activities.
Responsibilities:
• Efficiently handling inbound calls and providing exceptional customer service.
• Accurately entering and maintaining customer data.
• Assisting in sales support and processing purchase orders.
• Managing email correspondence with clients and within the team.
• Scheduling appointments and maintaining an organized schedule.
• Utilizing Microsoft Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) for various administrative tasks.
• Tracking numbers and keeping records using SharePoint.
• Ensuring all customer inquiries are resolved in a timely and detail-oriented manner.
• Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action when necessary.
• Proficient in answering inbound calls and managing inbound/outbound calls effectively• Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle queries with a high level of detail orientation
• Skilled in data entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to manage email correspondence in a detail-oriented and timely manner
• Expertise in scheduling appointments in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for managing and analyzing data
• Skilled in Microsoft Outlook for managing emails, calendars, contacts, and tasks
• Ability to create and edit presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint
• Proficient in Microsoft Word for creating, editing, and formatting documents
