We are offering a contract for a permanent position as an Administrative Assistant in the Wholesale Distribution industry located in Windsor, Wisconsin. The role is primarily onsite and will involve supporting the Human Resources team.


Responsibilities:

• Efficient handling of inbound and outbound calls, ensuring excellent customer service.

• Accurate data entry and maintenance of customer records.

• Regular email correspondence with customers and internal team members.

• Scheduling appointments and organizing meetings using Microsoft Outlook.

• Proficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for various administrative tasks.

• Monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary actions.

• Processing customer credit applications with precision and efficiency.

• Proven experience in answering inbound calls, demonstrating excellent telephone etiquette.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering high-quality service to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in data entry, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
• Familiarity with email correspondence, including drafting, editing, and sending detail oriented emails.
• Experience in handling both inbound and outbound calls, demonstrating effective communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to create, edit, and manage spreadsheets.
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook, including managing calendars and scheduling appointments.
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, with the ability to create, edit, and present detail oriented presentations.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Word, including creating, editing, and formatting documents.
• Ability to schedule appointments, manage calendars, and ensure smooth operation of daily activities.
