This is a full-time hybrid role for a Litigation Administrative Assistant, The job entails legal document preparation and court filings in state, federal, and bankruptcy courts, communication with the courts and their judicial assistants and utilizing strong organizational skills. While the role is primarily located in the Miami, there is some flexibility for remote work.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of law firm litigation experience
- Strong Communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
- Proficiency in MS Office and legal software programs
