Compensation: $175-200K+ (Depending on experience)

What you'll be doing (duties of this position):
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to meet company goals, including market analysis and competitive research.
  • Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders, while identifying new business opportunities.
  • Manage the sales department budget, forecasting revenue, and expenses, and overseeing marketing campaigns and product launches.
  • Monitor sales performance, provide regular reports, and ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and ethical standards.
What you'll need to be considered (requirements):
  • 10+ years of sales leadership experience, preferably in heavy-duty manufacturing, with a proven track record of market expansion.
  • Collaborative leadership style with strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented with experience developing and executing successful sales strategies.
  • Ability to work closely with marketing teams or external vendors to drive visibility through social media and other channels.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with a willingness to travel as needed.
