Account Executive-Ad Agency

In this role, you'll serve as the key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring that campaigns are executed seamlessly and deliver measurable results. The ideal candidate has 3-4 years of experience in an ad agency setting, excels at project management, and is ready to work onsite three days per week in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Account Executive Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations, timelines, and deliverables Oversee the development and execution of integrated campaigns, collaborating with creative, media and strategy teams to meet client objectives Develop detailed briefs and ensure alignment between client goals and campaign strategies Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and present actionable insights to clients Partner with internal teams to deliver creative solutions that align with client branding and messaging Account Executive Requirements 3+ years in an account management role within an ad agency Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a client-focused approach Ability to translate client needs into actionable plans and creative briefs Must be able to work onsite 3 days per week This is an exciting contract-to-hire opportunity with a thriving ad agency where you'll have the chance to work on high-impact campaigns for a variety of clients.
