Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our client's team. You'll be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing the execution of campaigns, and collaborating with internal teams to exceed client expectations.

This role is hybrid (2 days per week) in NYC.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary liaison between the agency and assigned clients, fostering trust and understanding. • Maintain regular communication to understand client goals, provide updates, and address feedback promptly. • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of marketing or advertising campaigns. • Collaborate with creative, media, and production teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. • Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights for optimization. • Assist in developing and presenting proposals, strategies, and campaign plans tailored to client needs. • Analyze campaign results and prepare detailed reports to demonstrate ROI and KPIs. • Manage timelines, budgets, and resources for multiple projects simultaneously. • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services to existing clients. • Support the team in pitching new business opportunities when required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field. • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within a marketing, advertising, or creative agency. • Strong understanding of marketing principles and campaign management processes. • Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
