Permian Resources Corporation (NYSE: PR) is currently seeking an Office Administrator to support our Denver, CO office. The Office Administrator will help ensure the smooth operation of our office through their day-to-day responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational and administrative skills.

General Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including receiving delivers/mail and emails, answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
  • Maintain office operations by keeping the reception and all common areas tidy and presentable.
  • Manage office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies, and verifying receipt of supplies.
  • Keep kitchen and breakrooms stocked and organized with snacks and drinks.
  • Set up and organize catered meals and lunches.
  • Ensure office equipment is properly maintained and serviced.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new employees by preparing workstations, coordinating orientations, and providing necessary support.
  • Maintain a safe and secure working environment by adhering to office policies and procedures.
  • Manage and set up local events, ensuring all expenses stay within budgetary constraints.
  • Foster positive relationships with employees, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality management, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in office administration, front office representative or similar role, with a customer service attitude
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and event management software.
  • Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours when necessary
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs
Compensation & Benefits Information:
  • Salary range is approximately $50,000-65,000, depending on specific experience*
  • Other forms of compensation for this position include:
    • Target bonus of 15% of base salary and any eligible overtime wages (discretionary based on company and individual performance)
