Job Summary: We are seeking an outgoing friendly and organized Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for employees and visitors, providing a warm welcome and ensuring a smooth and efficient operation of the front desk. Additionally, this role will support the Executive Assistant with various office and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • You will be the Face of the Office. The first-person people see when they enter our office.
  • Greet all incoming employees and visitors.
  • Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages and distribute to appropriate departments.
  • Respond to inquiries and provide information to employees and visitors.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as needed.
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments.
  • Assist with maintaining the inventory and ordering of all office supplies as needed.
  • Assist the Executive Assistant with various administrative tasks to include filing, data entry, document preparation, event planning and other ad hoc projects.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a front desk representative, office assistant, or similar role.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Professional appearance and attitude.
