Key Responsibilities:
- You will be the Face of the Office. The first-person people see when they enter our office.
- Greet all incoming employees and visitors.
- Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages and distribute to appropriate departments.
- Respond to inquiries and provide information to employees and visitors.
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as needed.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments.
- Assist with maintaining the inventory and ordering of all office supplies as needed.
- Assist the Executive Assistant with various administrative tasks to include filing, data entry, document preparation, event planning and other ad hoc projects.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as a front desk representative, office assistant, or similar role.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
