Position Overview:

Our client is hiring an Account Executive, well versed in business development and able to fuel growth in the B2B sector. This role is designed for sales professionals with 3-5 years of experience, focusing on proactive outreach, including cold calling, to develop new business relationships. This is a high-activity, high-impact role that will play a crucial part in expanding the client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, networking, and referrals.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and prospects.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM and Hubspot to manage leads, track sales activities, and drive sales efforts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through persistent follow-up and exceptional communication skills.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for potential customers, answering questions, addressing concerns, and guiding them through the sales process.
  • Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to enhance visibility and connect with key decision-makers.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in a related field.
  • 3-5 years of B2B Sales or Business Development experience.
  • High-energy, dynamic personality with a hunger for driving growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Proven ability to engage in cold calling and outreach with successful results.
  • Proficient in CRM systems, especially Salesforce, and familiarity with content marketing strategies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling outreach messages.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
