Travel Surg Tech - $2,141 per week in San Francisco, CA

Job Title: Certified Operating Room Technician / Surgical Technician (CST) Job Specialty: Surgical Services Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Variable 4x10-Hour shifts, with start times from 06:45 to 13:00; includes weekends and on-call requirements Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience required; more than 2 years is ideal. Experience in vascular, transplant, ophthalmology, spine, robotic, and cardiac surgeries is preferred. License: Valid CST licensure Certifications: - Basic Life Support (BLS) certification - Certifications must be from the American Heart Association (AHA) and must be current Must-Have: - High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent - Ability to complete mandatory non-billable orientation hours (16 hours) - Flexibility to include lab work availability within 3-5 days of signing - Epic charting experience is preferred - A valid state license is required at the time of application - Must live 50 miles away; local candidates will be accepted at a local rate Job Description: - Assist in preparing for and during surgery by performing routine and delegated duties - Follow standards and policies of the department to ensure quality patient care - Participate efficiently in surgeries across various specialties - Complete any required e-learning modules during orientation - Maintain compliance with department and hospital requirements Note: This job requires flexibility in scheduling, including weekends and on-call duties.
