Associate Attorney
to join our team.
We are looking for an Associate Attorney to work on a wide variety of legal matters and assist senior attorneys in handling cases. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of legal experience, exceptional legal research and writing skills, and a passion for delivering excellent legal representation. Key Responsibilities:
Drafting legal documents, including contracts, motions, pleadings, and correspondence. Representing clients in court, hearings, and depositions. Conducting legal research and analysis of case law, statutes, and regulations. Advising clients on legal matters and providing sound legal counsel. Assisting with trial preparation and strategy development. Maintaining client relationships and providing regular updates on case status. Collaborating with colleagues and assisting in the development of case strategies.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the Missouri State Bar 2-5 years of experience Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively under pressure.
