The Manager, E-Commerce Brand supports and reports to the Sr. Manager in ensuring flawless strategy and execution of US Ecommerce marketing. You will ensure that content is coordinated, engaging, and optimized for conversion. You will manage the development and syndication of eCommerce content to syndication platforms, working with marketing and sales to track and monitor SKU health, and maintain accurate product information. You will work with platform vendors, agencies, marketing teams, global team, and the e-commerce team to coordinate the creation, management, syndication, and quality control of product content and information. You will also be responsible for advertising creative development, execution, and deployment for all ecommerce assets. You will track campaign performance on key ecommerce platforms and provide critical insights to inform the full funnel strategy on assigned partners. All the responsibilities we'll trust you with: DELIVER & EXECUTE PLANS ACROSS THE E-COMMERCE CHANNEL

Own product content updates and maintenance, including adding new products to systems, ensuring accuracy of existing data, retailer mapping, updating product SEO data, images, and descriptions, and finding opportunities to improve customer shopping experience through improved product data. Build and maintain product catalogues on eCommerce and Marketplaces platforms and correct product listings as needed. Review, update and fix content on site as recommended for SEO optimization and user experience through Salsify and Syndigo channels. Lead new product launch plans on ecommerce retailers from developing a launch project plan to liaising with cross-functional, global, and agency teams to develop all related content like primary and secondary PDP images, videos, enhanced/ A+ content, brand store, PDP copy, etc. Update and maintain brand store pages and enhanced content on retailer sites. Conduct regular store walks to ensure digital shelf merchandising is best in class and scrub “live” items as needed to ensure consistency. Conduct regular research to update Senior Manager about content best practices. Propose ideas and implement in Red Bull tone of voice. Be the eyes and ears for digital best practices for Brand. CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT

Support the Senior Manager on campaign strategy by collaborating with the media and agency teams in pulling together cross campaign insights and learnings to constantly monitor and optimize campaign performance. Provide inputs to help inform decision on Red Bull’s participation and way forward on given account’s advertising campaigns through analysis and continuous optimization. Successfully work with the media team in project managing Campaigns, ensuring all programs are executed as planned, on time and on budget. Support in ideation of building annual Advertising Business Plan for assigned partners. Assist in writing detailed briefs to agency partners. Work closely with the Media Team to manage agency and vendor partner relationships. Manage their day-to-day work to ensure that Red Bull gets the best service and remains top of mind when client servicing. Constantly monitor industry trends and competitive activity to ensure we stay at the forefront and can apply innovative thinking to our own campaigns. Continually push for innovation from agencies focusing on emerging technology, new creative formats and beta opportunities. CREATIVE DEVELOPMENT

Responsible for developing and/or sourcing all creative needed to ensure perfect POSA 2.0 (Digital shelf) scores, adhere to retailer guidelines and best practices, and launch campaigns on time and on strategy. Lead the creative development processes across all necessary places and placements across Social, WebTV, Digital Display, On-Site, Brand Pages and SEM. Brief the creative development team on the exact need and provide expert direction on best practices. Hands-on experience with facilitating photoshoots, reviewing creatives and providing feedback to designers. Ensure creative meets brand standards. Vet all creative through mandatory legal process for proper ATL clearance purposes. QA/Proofread all assets. Facilitate creative review & approval processes, from concepting, through to production, trafficking and launch. Guide and inspire the creative development process by identifying gaps and opportunities within our existing efforts and assessing/highlighting creative examples to constantly enhance our consumer-facing communications. MEASURE, ANALYZE, IMPROVE

Drive objectives, KPIs and benchmarks that are rooted in program performance. Own the creative reporting practice by tracking and driving metrics like CTRs, A/B tests, CVRs, etc. Develop test & learn plans and execute with excellence, recommendations based off eCommerce campaigns. Manage content engagement performance and share out results with broader team with goal of identifying and actioning optimization opportunities. CROSS-FUNCTIONAL PARTNERSHIP

Consistent collaboration and partnership with cross-functional teams to activate best-in-class programming and optimizations, and identify opportunities to expand Red Bull’s E-Commerce footprint into additional high-potential customers and new-to-world formats. Partner with Red Bull Media Network to help support and drive scale with content properties across Sports, Gaming, and Culture initiatives. Operationalize and standardize cross-functional partnerships by identifying and developing processes to drive more streamlined ways of working across and develop an all-encompassing best practices docket including but not limited to planning and execution details regarding PDP content development, Brand store, A plus, Reviews and Ratings, Creative analysis and intelligence, and Content syndication. Be a resource to the broader brand team in all things e-commerce to educate, inform, and advise. Ensure thorough and accurate budget management & tracking. Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role: 5-7 years experience working in e-commerce marketing, site merchandising, creative or related product data, and content maintenance. Experience working on or managing content syndication agency; should know about content syndication through Salsify and Syndigo. Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Salsify, Syndigo. Knowledge of working on Amazon Vendor Central, Walmart Vendor Portal, etc., preferred. Good to have- knowledge of Bazaar Voice, Vizit, Amazon Ads, Pacvue/Skai, etc. Strategic thinker and passionate about achieving long-term success via a hands-on, solutions-oriented approach. Highly analytical background and ability to analyze complex trends and data. Should exhibit strong organizational & project management skills. Problem solver - with an analytical and inquisitive mind. Experience managing external partners to high quality of execution. This position is open to U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or individuals who are currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa. The base salary range for this position is $85,360 to $128,040 + cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified. Range may differ for NYC & SFO Bay Area work locations.
