Senior Structural Engineer-Substation_St. Louis-MO _Full-Time (FTE)_Direct Hire Position: Senior Structural Engineer-Substation Job Type: Full-Time (FTE) Location: St. Louis-MO Base Salary: $120,000 to $150,000 Best-in-class benefits Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Design steel structures, foundations, and concrete elements for substations. Develop specifications, cost estimates, proposals, and schedules. Perform calculations, QA/QC reviews, and ensure compliance with codes. Coordinate multidisciplinary designs and mentor team members. Support project reporting, proposal development, and adhere to client standards. Occasional travel required. Qualifications: BSCE in Civil/Structural Engineering. 8 years of structural engineering experience in the United States. FE Exam completion (PE preferred). Proficiency with structural analysis tools (e.g., Risa3D, STAAD Pro). Strong technical, organizational, and communication skills. U.S. work authorization required. Preferred: 10 years of experience, seismic design expertise, and familiarity with RISA, MathCAD, LPile. PE license and ability to manage budgets and schedules.
