Construction Estimator

Position: Estimator Location: Nassau County, NY Salary: $140,000 to $180,000 Responsibilities: Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for Municipal and commercial construction projects. Work on both large and small project budgets and bids. Collaborate effectively with management, superintendents, and senior project managers to ensure project success. Oversee the estimating department, and train/develop direct reports Qualifications: 7-20 years of commercial estimating experience. Bachelor’s Degree in a Construction-related field (preferred but not required). Proficiency with takeoff software such as BlueBeam, OnScreen, and Planswift.
