HEAD OF MARKETING & PR Job Summary: An established industry player in healthcare is seeking a Head of Marketing and PR to lead their strategic marketing, PR, advertising and communications initiatives, teams and overall success. This pivotal role involves crafting, implementing, managing and executing comprehensive marketing, PR, advertisement and communications programs while collaborating closely with executive leadership and supervisor to drive the organization's goals, brand and revenue. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in corporate communications/PR/advertisement/marketing within a for-profit healthcare or luxury brand setting, demonstrating exceptional leadership and mentoring skills to boot. JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Brand management Developing and maintaining the company's brand image, including its personality, expertise, promise, and values. This involves defining the brand's strategy, creating brand guidelines, and educating staff and marketing partners on how to represent the brand. Marketing strategy Creating and executing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive revenue, and ensure consistent messaging across marketing channels. This may include overseeing marketing campaigns, content calendars, CRM systems and all related staff, plus managing budgets, and setting goals for department and team members. Market research Conducting market research to understand customers, their needs and what can bring them to organization. Look for new market opportunities and strategize for growth. Collaboration and Management Collaborating/managing teams, such as team member for product development, digital marketing, social media marketing, content creation, graphic design and creatives creation. Creative Content Management and Strategy Leading all creative design strategies, no matter how large or small. Must have creative affinity and comfort level. Quality Assurance/Compliance Ensuring all materials and communications across the spectrum are at the level of quality required for company and mitigating risk/managing quality under internal and external compliance requirements, protocols and guidelines for advertising and marketing. Familiarity with media legal and risk landscape including but not limited to FTC, FCC, and related. Digital and Online Marketing and Advertising Leading all strategy for digital and online advertisement and compliance including managing staff and business partners for optimum outcomes. Public Relations Serve as the lead senior leadership member managing all aspects of PR work including managing teams, legal staff, and external PR vendors towards optimum PR placement success. Manage both proactive/strategic PR and crisis management PR. Qualifications: 10 years in corporate communications, advertising and public relations strategy and senior leadership. This includes managing team members with marketing/PR/social media/digital media technical skillsets, as well as creating, implementing and successfully effectuating strategic plans, KPIs and approaches to marketing, communications and PR aligned with organizational strategic plans and budgeting. Added focus on for profit healthcare or aesthetics a plus. Work Expectations: Strategically manage, oversee and successfully effectuate all marketing, PR, communications and advertising strategy, programs and team members. Reports to: Company President.
