If you are a creative, driven, and strategic marketer with a love for both fashion and mental health advocacy, we’d love to have you join our team Job Overview: As the Marketing and PR Manager at Happy Camp3r, you’ll lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives, including paid media campaigns and affiliate marketing, all while ensuring that our mission of mental health awareness and self-expression is at the heart of everything we do. The Marketing and PR Manager will oversee the daily operations and communications across Happy Camp3r's digital channels, including paid media campaigns on Google, Meta, TikTok, and other social platforms, as well as the affiliate marketing program. Responsibilities: Affiliate Marketing Strategy : Grow our affiliate program while collaborating with existing affiliate partners to develop, evaluate, and execute strategies that drive brand awareness and sales growth through affiliate channels. Acquisition Strategy Development : Partner with agency teams to design both short- and long-term customer acquisition strategies for paid social media platforms like Google, Meta, and TikTok. Focus on customer acquisition cost (CAC) and profitability on first orders. Creative Management : Oversee the end-to-end process of paid media and affiliate creative, from identifying needs and briefing creative teams to managing timelines and trafficking assets across channels. Strategic Insights and Reporting : Implement key strategies, conduct competitive analysis, and identify opportunities to maximize return on investment. Provide detailed reports on marketing performance, highlighting insights, trends, and optimization opportunities. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with Brand Marketing, Influencer, Social, and Creative teams to leverage content effectively and ensure that marketing efforts align with overall business objectives. Performance Reporting : Regularly prepare and present reports on paid media performance, sharing insights from tests and optimizations while identifying trends and areas for improvement. Paid Media Roadmap : Manage the full lifecycle of the paid media strategy, including ideation, budget allocation, creative development, campaign execution, ongoing monitoring, goal tracking, optimization, and reporting for new campaigns, product launches, and channel exploration. Agency Oversight : Manage relationships with external digital marketing partners, including paid media and social media agencies, ensuring alignment with brand goals and the effective execution of marketing strategies. Monitor performance, track deliverables, and ensure all objectives are met. Qualifications: 3 years of experience in marketing, public relations, or digital communications, preferably within the fashion, lifestyle, or mental health sectors. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including paid media (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.), affiliate marketing, and social media strategies. Experience in managing campaigns from concept to execution. Experience in growing a community online. Familiarity with digital platforms such as Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics. Experience with paid advertising via Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat and Pinterest. Proven ability to create innovative marketing strategies that drive growth and customer acquisition while staying true to the brand’s values and voice. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling brand messages, press materials, and social content. Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating teams, and meeting deadlines. Ability to handle both creative and technical aspects of campaigns. Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams (Brand Marketing, Influencer, Creative) and external partners (agencies, affiliates) to drive unified marketing efforts. A genuine interest in mental health advocacy and the role fashion can play in promoting positive conversations and self-expression. Based in the tristate area and willing to work in person at our office in Wallington, NJ at least 3 times a week.
