Position Overview: We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to manage paid advertising campaigns, optimize return on ad spend (ROAS), and oversee email, SMS, and affiliate marketing efforts. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for data-driven decision-making, omnichannel marketing strategies, and performance optimization. Key Responsibilities: Paid Advertising Campaigns: Develop, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and others. Continuously optimize campaigns to improve performance and achieve KPIs. Email and SMS Marketing: Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, content creation, and performance tracking. Develop SMS marketing strategies to engage and convert audiences effectively. Analyze email and SMS campaign metrics (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, and conversions) and refine strategies accordingly. Affiliate Marketing: Build and manage an affiliate marketing program to expand the brand’s reach and drive incremental sales. Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with affiliate partners. Monitor affiliate performance, ensuring compliance with program terms and optimizing ROI. Performance Tracking and Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, focusing on ROAS, CPC, CTR, affiliate ROI, and other relevant metrics. Utilize A/B testing to refine ad creatives, targeting strategies, and email/SMS content. Budget Management: Allocate and manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize return. Provide regular forecasts and performance updates to the Marketing Manager. Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to develop engaging ads, email, SMS, and affiliate content. Collaborate with the broader marketing team to ensure paid, email, SMS, and affiliate strategies align with overall objectives. Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing, email/SMS marketing, and affiliate marketing. Proactively propose innovative approaches to improve campaign effectiveness. Tools and Platforms: Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, Klaviyo, or similar email/SMS platforms) to track and measure success. Leverage affiliate tracking platforms to monitor and optimize partner performance. Recommend and implement new tools to enhance campaign management and reporting. Qualifications Proven experience (2 years) in performance marketing, paid media, or digital advertising roles. Demonstrable success in managing and optimizing paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media channels.
