About the Role We’re seeking a Paid Social Media Specialist to own and optimize paid advertising efforts across social platforms. This role is ideal for a performance marketer who understands how to leverage social media advertising to drive measurable outcomes like customer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth. If you're passionate about crafting high-impact campaigns, analyzing data, and pushing boundaries in paid media, we want you on our team. What You’ll Do Paid Social Campaign Management Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Leverage tools like Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other social ad platforms to drive conversions. Continuously monitor ad performance, A/B test creative, and refine targeting to maximize ROI. Performance-Driven Strategy Collaborate with ISG’s marketing, content, and design teams to develop campaigns that align with performance-marketing objectives. Create data-driven strategies that focus on customer acquisition, lead quality, and retention. Proactively identify trends and opportunities to enhance campaign performance and keep ISG at the cutting edge of paid social advertising. Analytics and Optimization Use advanced analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, platform insights, reporting dashboards) to analyze campaign performance and identify actionable insights. Develop detailed performance reports with recommendations to improve key performance indicators (KPIs) like CPA, CTR, and ROAS. Stay ahead of industry trends to implement new ad formats, targeting capabilities, and optimization techniques. Job Requirements & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 3 years of hands-on experience managing paid social media campaigns with a proven track record of driving measurable business results. Expertise in tools like Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Analytics. Strong understanding of conversion funnels, bid strategies, and audience segmentation.
