Position OverviewiTrust Human Capital Management is seeking a Technical Recruiter for our client, a leading government contractor. In this role, you will manage full-cycle recruiting, collaborating with program managers to identify and fulfill hiring needs. Your role involves developing recruitment strategies, sourcing talent through various channels, and ensuring the delivery of top talent while maintaining a strong pipeline.Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive recruiting strategies
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers on job description development and updates
- Conduct high-volume phone screenings
- Identify process improvement opportunities
- Manage job postings across various platforms
- Screen resumes and evaluate candidates
- Serve as primary candidate point of contact
- Provide detailed recruiting analytics to Leadership
- Support AAP annual development process
- U.S. Citizenship
- 5-7 years of relevant experience
- Proven experience recruiting for government contractors with clearance requirements (Secret, Top Secret, TS/SCI + polygraphs)
- Strong technical interviewing capabilities for specialized roles
- Experience with various selection processes
- Bullhorn ATS proficiency
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision-making abilities
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university
- Experience with large multi-award IDIQ contracts
- Background supporting DoD and Intelligence community
- Track record of sourcing and hiring TS/SCI + FSP cleared candidates
