What we do is more than construction; we play a part in moving a vision from concept to reality. If you’re interested in a rewarding career working on ENR's #1 Construction Management-for-Fee firm, then Jacobs is where you belong.We're looking for an experienced and collaborative Senior Construction Project Manager who thrives when people are in sync and projects are running not just on time but within budget.  Based at the client site in Pensacola, FL, you will be responsible to work with the client, Jacobs project team members and with subconsultant staff for the successful delivery of active projects. You'll manage and provide contract management oversight, facilitate resolution of complex project related issues, be responsible for ensuring not only the progress and technical performance of a project, but also the task management, schedule, cost, scope, and safety of the team. Your keen ability to multi-task, communicate effectively and tackle project challenges will allow you to thrive in our fast-paced environment.  Here's what you'll need Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering discipline, Construction Management, Architecture, or Business-related degree.15 years of experience as a technical specialist in construction and design related field; with minimum 20 years being involved in managing all phases of construction. Experience with various the disciplines, trades and systems related with an emphasis on full project deliveryStrong working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, building systems/components and technology, contract management, project delivery methods, team building and client relationship building. Strong understanding and experience in developing real estate.Ideally, you’ll also have:  Certified Construction Manager (CCM), Professional Engineer (PE), Architect license/certification, or General Contractors License.Proven experience working on Class A multi-family construction projectsSponsorship is not available for this position.#EastPMCM #NorthPMCM Posted Salary Range: Minimum 150,000.00 Posted Salary Range: Upper 180,000.00 Jacobs’ health and welfare benefits are designed to invest in you, and in the things you care about.
