Job Overview:
As a Senior Recruiter at WKS Restaurant Group, you will play a crucial role in the growth and
success of our business by attracting, identifying, and hiring top talent for various positions
within our restaurant group. You will be responsible for managing high-volume recruitment
efforts, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates to meet the staffing needs of our
expanding restaurant locations.
Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract
qualified candidates, including restaurant managers, assistant managers, general managers,
shift leaders, and drivers.
2. Candidate Sourcing: Utilize multiple sourcing channels, such as job boards, social media,
professional networks, referrals, and partnerships, to proactively identify and engage potential
candidates.
3. Screening and Selection: Conduct a thorough screening of resumes and applications to
shortlist suitable candidates. Coordinate and conduct interviews to assess candidates'
qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
4. Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring
managers, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment
process.
6. Candidate Pipeline Management: Maintain a strong and diverse talent pipeline to fill
vacancies as they arise promptly, reducing time-to-fill and ensuring a consistent pool of qualified
candidates.
7. Recruitment Metrics: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement
and report on key performance indicators to management regularly.
8. Employer Branding: Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance the employer brand and
attract top talent to WKS Restaurant Group.
9. Applicant Tracking System (ATS): Utilize the ATS to manage candidate data, track
recruitment activities, and streamline the hiring process efficiently.
10. Recruitment Events: Participate in job fairs, networking events, and industry conferences to
promote the organization and expand recruitment opportunities.
11. Compliance and Legalities: Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and
internal policies throughout the recruitment process.Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or
equivalent experience). Preferred
- Proven experience as a high-volume recruiter in the restaurant, hospitality, or related industry.
- Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle and talent acquisition best practices.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and
stakeholders.
