Recruiter 2 (Location: GPC HQ Atlanta, GA) Duration: 3 months
A Recruiter with 5 to 10 years of experience is responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to managing interview processes and making job offers. They play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing:
Use various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach, to identify and attract top talent. Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs. - Candidate Screening:
Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for open positions. Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate fit for the role. - Interview Coordination:
Collaborate with hiring managers to schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a smooth interview process. Provide interview feedback and guidance to both candidates and hiring managers. - Candidate Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Keep candidates informed about the status of their application and provide feedback as necessary. - Employer Branding:
Promote the organization as an employer of choice by effectively communicating its culture, values, and opportunities to potential candidates. - Job Offer Management:
Extend job offers to selected candidates, negotiate salary and benefits, and manage the offer acceptance process. Ensure all pre-employment checks and requirements are completed. - Data Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment software. Generate recruitment reports and analyze data to improve hiring processes. - Compliance and Diversity:
Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations. Promote diversity and inclusion in the hiring process. - Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment. Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. 5-10 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, including experience with both technical and non-technical positions.
- Proven track record in identifying and attracting top talent.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing strategies, and interview techniques.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software. High level of professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Professional certifications in recruitment (e.g., AIRS, LinkedIn Recruiter) are a plus.
