Title: Sales Recruiter Location: Atlanta, GA 30338 (Hybrid - 3 days a week in office) Type: Contract Duration: 6 month contract with opportunity to extend Description: We are seeking an experienced Recruiter specializing in sourcing and hiring sales professionals across the United States. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying, attracting, and hiring top sales talent across various industries. This individual will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop targeted recruitment strategies, and deliver high-quality candidates in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Source, screen, and maintain a pipeline of qualified sales candidates using multiple channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and referrals Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, ensuring clear and effective recruitment plans tailored to the needs of each sales position. Conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. Provide detailed recommendations to hiring teams to ensure the best fit for the organization. Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding coordination, ensuring a smooth experience for both candidates and hiring teams. Track and maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment metrics, providing regular reports on progress and success rates. Qualifications Proven experience as a recruiter, specializing in recruiting senior sales professionals across various industries. Experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, social media recruiting, and navigating job boards. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and internal stakeholders. bility to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and requisitions simultaneously.
