Title: Sales Recruiter
Location: Atlanta, GA 30338 (Hybrid - 3 days a week in office)
Type: Contract
Duration: 6 month contract with opportunity to extend

Description:
  • We are seeking an experienced Recruiter specializing in sourcing and hiring sales professionals across the United States.
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying, attracting, and hiring top sales talent across various industries.
  • This individual will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop targeted recruitment strategies, and deliver high-quality candidates in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source, screen, and maintain a pipeline of qualified sales candidates using multiple channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and referrals
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, ensuring clear and effective recruitment plans tailored to the needs of each sales position.
  • Conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. Provide detailed recommendations to hiring teams to ensure the best fit for the organization.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding coordination, ensuring a smooth experience for both candidates and hiring teams.
  • Track and maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment metrics, providing regular reports on progress and success rates.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a recruiter, specializing in recruiting senior sales professionals across various industries.
  • Experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, social media recruiting, and navigating job boards.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and internal stakeholders.
