Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Construction Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in supporting our construction projects and ensuring that operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients.
Duties
- Assist in coordinating daily construction activities and schedules.
- Provide clerical support including documentation, filing, and data entry.
- Communicate with clients and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
- Book travel needs for team members.
- Maintain organized records of vehicles, license, etc.
- Support the team with customer support tasks as needed.
- Handle phone systems efficiently, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks.
Skills
- Strong customer support skills to maintain positive relationships with customers and vendors.
- Familiarity in Teams, ProCore, and Acumatica applications are a plus but not required.
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently for data entry tasks.
- Excellent phone etiquette for professional communication over the phone.
