HR Coordinator- Recruiting: This 1.0FTE/Full-time position is scheduled to work 8-HR day shifts Monday-Friday.
Compensation: Non-exempt, $28.91/HR-$41.30/HR

Job Summary:
Supports talent acquisition process and TA Specialist in executing activities related to the sourcing and recruitment of new employees. Manages the pre-employment process; generates and tracks documents; verifies compliance with job requirements. Interacts with applicants and new hires to provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive and efficient candidate experience. Runs various reports, answer questions, and provides support to other HR team members.

Job Summary:

Runs various reports, answer questions, and provides support to other HR team members.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Establishes positive working relationships with candidates/new hires to answer questions and support them through the recruitment process.
- Initiates and tracks all administrative phases of candidates' pre-employment process to include delivering offers, conducting background and reference checks, verification of minimal qualifications, drug and employee health screening, etc.
- Communicates with Health Educator, Employee Health, IT and others regarding bi-weekly orientation agenda and new hires.
- Screens applications through the Applicant Tracking System fielding to Hiring Managers and interviewing applicants as needed.
- Ensures data accuracy for new hire profile creation in HRIS system.
- Completes processing of I-9's and other documents.
- Conducts research and data gathering; prepares HR reports. Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of the department and services performed.
- Maintains electronic human resource files and information system records in good order and compiles reports from the database.
- Ensures continual compliance with Mason Heath policies, employment laws and regulations.
- Maintains confidentiality of all candidate and employee data and other sensitive HR related information.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Education and Experience:
- Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required or a combination of education and experience may substitute. Bachelor's degree preferred.
- One year of professional human resource experience and/or training required.
- Previous professional human resource experience in a healthcare setting highly preferred.
Required Licenses, Certifications and/or Registrations:
- Professional human resources certification preferred (i.e.: PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP).
