Description
Supervise daily operations and ensure construction projects are executed according to plan. Manage site safety, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and staff to ensure timely completion of projects. Collaborate with project managers to resolve issues and provide status updates. Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, making adjustments as needed.
Profile The successful candidate will have a proven track record in construction management, strong leadership skills, and experience in overseeing interior projects, particularly in schools, MTA, or affordable housing.
