Salary: $130,000 - $150,000

Job Summary
This General Manager position will oversee and ensure the successful daily operation of a premier account in Hudson Yards. You must have outstanding communication and hospitality skills, have the demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and services at any given time, and be a great people leader and client relationship builder.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversees all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the account
- Manages overall day to day operations of the account
- Conducts HR functions including hiring, progressive counseling, terminations
- Oversees scheduling, payroll and team training
- Maintains excellent relationships with customers, guests and Client as well as other departments
- Works with the Chef and management team in creating menus and providing top quality food
- Rolls out new culinary programs in conjunction with Company marketing and culinary team
Preferred Qualifications:
- A minimum of five years of complex foodservice operation experience
- Strong financial acumen
- High hospitality IQ
- Desire to learn and grow with an industry leading foodservice company
