VP of Finance

Our client, a growing construction company in Honolulu, is seeking an experienced Vice President of Finance to oversee their financial operations and strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and accounting.
• Develop and execute financial strategies to align with the company’s goals and growth initiatives.
• Manage and mentor the finance and accounting team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, audits, and tax filings.
• Leverage financial data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to the executive team.
• Streamline financial processes and systems, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
• Oversee cash flow management, risk assessment, and financial planning.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to drive informed decision-making and support operational goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Strong experience with financial management systems and accounting software
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading finance or accounting teams, with proven leadership and interpersonal skills
• Experience in the construction industry
• CPA license preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $130,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
