Delta Dallas is partnering with a wealth management firm in its search for an Administrative Assistant with strong Salesforce skills. Great company culture Location : Uptown Salary: DOE Responsibilities include but not limited to: Scheduling and coordinating appointments, meetings, and events, effectively managing competing priorities. Handling incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely responses. Tracking client interactions, including requests, calls, and emails, through Salesforce. Organizing travel arrangements, such as booking flights, accommodations, and transportation, while managing conflicting demands. Preparing agendas, materials, and presentations for meetings. Creating, formatting, and editing documents, reports, and presentations. Conducting research on various topics and compiling information to support management decision-making. Serving as a point of contact for clients and stakeholders, fostering positive relationships. Overseeing office supplies, equipment, and facilities management to ensure smooth operations. Performing general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and managing office logistics. Requirements Bachelor's degree highly preferred Five plus years of administrative support experience Strong skills in salesforce
