Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee and drive construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage construction projects from planning to execution. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project goals are met. Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets while tracking progress and adjusting as necessary. Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and compliance with safety regulations. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates and addressing any concerns that arise. Qualifications Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry. Strong knowledge of construction processes and methodologies. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with project management software and tools.
