Traveling Superintendent - Mission Critical Construction

We're an established Commercial General Contractor that has long been recognized by employees and publications as a great construction company to work for. We have some more Mission Critical/Data Center projects coming up in the western US, and we're looking to add an experienced Superintendent to our team to lead these projects through to a successful completion If you're a Superintendent with experience on multiple mission-critical projects, we'd love to speak with you Position Overview: You'll be responsible for the successful completion of data center and mission-critical projects. This position requires strong expertise in the commercial construction industry, experience leading and supervising teams, and familiarity with the safety regulations and processes of mission-critical construction. Key Responsibilities Lead and direct construction projects from start to finish, ensuring work is completed on time and on budget Travel within California, and sometimes out of state up to 50%. Develop project plans, establish project timelines, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure successful project completion Ensure that all construction and safety regulations, processes, and procedures are followed Supervise contractors and subcontractors, providing clear direction, ensuring quality of work, and managing timelines Monitor labor costs, material costs, and other project-related expenses Resolve any issues that arise during construction Create and maintain project reports and records Provide project updates to stakeholders and decision-makers Qualifications 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent in the commercial construction industry Solid understanding of mission critical construction.
