Project Manager - Commercial Construction, Glass/Glazing

Project Manager Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Project Manager to oversee our commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. Ideally this candidate has strong experience with commercial glass/glazing. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage commercial construction projects from initiation to completion. Develop project plans, including scope, budget, and timeline. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met. Track project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to stay on schedule and within budget. Conduct regular project meetings with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. Utilize project management software tools like Procore and Sage for tracking and reporting. Prepare detailed estimates and budgets for new projects. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a Project Manager in the commercial construction industry. Strong knowledge of glass and glazing systems is preferred. Familiarity with estimating practices and tools. Experience using project management software including Procore and Sage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
