Luxury Superintendent Position Overview The Luxury Superintendent will oversee and manage the construction of high-end, custom single-family residential homes, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. This role requires a strong understanding of luxury construction processes and the ability to coordinate various trades and subcontractors effectively. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations of luxury residential construction projects Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and trade personnel Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards Monitor project timelines and budgets, making adjustments as necessary Conduct regular site inspections to ensure project progress and quality Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and designers regarding project updates and issues Maintain accurate records of project documentation and progress reports Lead and mentor project teams to foster a culture of excellence in luxury construction Qualifications Proven experience as a Superintendent in luxury construction Extensive knowledge of single-family residential construction processes Strong background in managing high-end custom home projects Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficient in construction management software and tools Benefits Looking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
