Position Overview We are looking for a skilled Tax Manager to oversee tax reporting, compliance, and planning functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate tax filings, maintaining compliance with tax laws and regulations, and providing guidance on tax strategies that align with our business goals. Key Responsibilities Prepare and review complex tax returns for high net worth individuals, estates, and trusts Manage tax compliance and reporting obligations for businesses, corporations, and partnerships Advise clients on tax planning strategies and identify opportunities for tax savings Oversee tax audits and respond to tax notices and inquiries Supervise and mentor a team of tax accountants and associates Stay up-to-date with tax laws and regulations and ensure compliance with all requirements Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax preparation and planning Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations Proven experience in preparing tax returns for high net worth individuals, estates, and trusts Excellent communication and interpersonal skills CPA certification preferred Nice to have skills: experience with C-Corps, S-Corps, tax returns, partnerships, tax review, tax associate, tax senior, gift Benefits Vacation/PTO Medical Dental Vision 401k Bonus Relocation Telecommute Email Your Resume In Word To Looking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
