Title: Construction Project Manager/Director of Projects Location: Larkspur, CA Compensation: $120,000 - $170,000 You are a highly motivated and results-oriented Construction Project Manager responsible for the successful execution of residential and commercial construction projects from inception to completion. What you will be doing: Lead all phases of construction projects, including planning, design, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, construction, and close-out. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts. Conduct site inspections, ensuring adherence to plans, specifications, and safety regulations. Manage project budgets, identify and mitigate potential risks, and implement cost-saving measures. Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and vendors. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders. Obtain necessary permits and approvals. Oversee project quality control and ensure timely completion. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and contractors. Prepare and present project status reports to management. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness. What you bring: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. 10 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager. PMP certification or GC license heavily preferred. Strong understanding of construction principles, methods, and materials. Proficiency in construction documentation, including plans, specifications, and contracts. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
