Emergency Medicine Physician - ABEM Cert- W2 _Bismarck-ND_Full-Time (FTE)_Direct Hire_W2 or 1099 Position: Emergency Medicine Physician Job Type: Full-Time (FTE) Location: Bismarck-ND Base Salary: $500,000 to $600,000 Best-in-class benefits Job Duty Summary: The Emergency Medicine Physician will deliver high-quality care in a Level II Trauma Center, handling diverse cases and performing procedures such as intubations, chest tubes, central lines, and critical care. Schedule: Full-time, 10-hour shifts (day/night/weekend rotations). 40 hours of physician coverage daily. Qualifications (Minimum and Preferred): Years of Experience: Minimum of 2 years of emergency medicine experience preferred. Specialized Experience: Trauma and advanced procedures in Level II or academic settings. Prior Duties: Emergency care with comprehensive procedural expertise. Education: ABEM certification required—candidates must be board-certified in Emergency Medicine. Licenses: Eligible for a North Dakota Medical License. Certifications: ACLS, PALS, ATLS required. Personality Factors: Confident, skilled, and collaborative, with a commitment to patient-centered care. Systems Used: Epic EHR. Ideal Candidate Features: ABEM-certified and comfortable managing all ages and trauma cases. Pay Summary: Salary Range: W2 Employee (Living in the Community): $250/hr $10/hr quality bonus (annualized earnings of $540,800 for 2080 hours/year with bonus). 1099 Independent Contractor (Living in the Community): $275/hr $10/hr quality bonus 1099 Independent Contractor (Travel): $285/hr Bonuses: $100,000 sign-on bonus (forgivable loan over 3 years).
