Emergency Medicine Physician - Leadership Opportunity with $50K Bonus | Up to $550K+ Annual Compensation

This exceptional opportunity offers outstanding compensation, including a generous $50K sign-on bonus for community-based physicians, along with the flexibility to choose between W2 and 1099 status.
Position Overview Practice Environment: Modern 14,000-volume Emergency Department Schedule: Flexible scheduling with excellent work-life balance Support: Mid-level provider coverage during peak hours Patient Mix: Diverse cases including trauma, acute care, and general emergency medicine Compensation & Benefits
W2 Option: $250/hour plus $10/hour quality bonus (~$540K+ annually) 1099 Option: $275-285/hour $50,000 sign-on bonus for community-based physicians Comprehensive benefits package (W2) Paid professional liability insurance Essential Responsibilities
Lead emergency care delivery in a Level III Trauma Center Perform advanced procedures including intubations and chest tubes Manage complex trauma cases and diverse patient populations Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams Participate in quality improvement initiatives Required Qualifications
Board Certified/Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine (ABEM preferred) Minimum 3 years of emergency medicine experience Active ACLS, PALS, and ATLS certifications Eligible for North Dakota Medical License Demonstrated trauma care experience About Western North Dakota
