Superintendent - Healthcare

Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee construction projects in the healthcare and life sciences sectors. The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of project execution, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project timelines. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations on construction sites in the healthcare and life science sectors. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget while adhering to quality standards. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, labor forces, and material suppliers. Review project plans and specifications to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure safety protocols are followed. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including daily reports, budgets, and schedules. Qualifications Proven experience as a Superintendent in construction, preferably in healthcare or life sciences. Strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards. Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams and liaise with clients. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred.
