Role: RPA Solutions Architect Location: Irving, TX Onsite Responsibilities · Define and design end-to-end RPA architectures for automation solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and IT standards · Develop scalable and reusable frameworks and components for automation. · Collaborate with business analysts and process owners to gather and document business requirements. · Conduct process assessments to identify automation opportunities and determine feasibility. · Lead and guide RPA developers through project execution, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards. · Review, test, and validate automation workflows to ensure quality and efficiency. Qualifications · 10 years of experience in RPA development and implementation. · Proven track record as an RPA Solution Architect or similar role. · Hands-on experience with leading RPA platforms such as Automation Anywhere · Proficiency in Python programming language · Strong background in solution architecture, process analysis, and workflow design. · Experience with enterprise IT systems (APIs, databases). · Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
