RPA Developer (Python)

Role : Python Developer (with RPA) Location: Dallas, TX - Onsite Responsibilities · Develop custom workflows and scripts to automate manual business processes, improving efficiency and reducing errors. · Work with business analysts and process owners to understand business processes and identify opportunities for automation. · Translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring the automation solution meets the needs of the organization. · Collaborate with RPA architects, business analysts, and other team members to design and implement automation solutions. Qualifications · 7 years of relevant experience in an Engineering role · Minimum 2 years of experience in Automation process exposure · Strong programming skills in Python, Selenium · Hands-on experience in working with Open Source RPA tools like Robot Framework, TagUI, Taskt, or OpenRPA. · Experience in Automation Anywhere is a plus. · Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines. · Working with Machine learning tools is a big plus
