Job Description
Responsibilities
• Develop custom workflows and scripts to automate manual business processes, improving efficiency and reducing errors.
• Work with business analysts and process owners to understand business processes and identify opportunities for automation.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring the automation solution meets the needs of the organization.
• Collaborate with RPA architects, business analysts, and other team members to design and implement automation solutions.
Qualifications
• 7+ years of relevant experience in an Engineering role
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Automation process exposure
• Strong programming skills in Python, Selenium
• Hands-on experience in working with Open Source RPA tools like Robot Framework, TagUI, Taskt, or OpenRPA.
• Experience in Automation Anywhere is a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Working with Machine learning tools is a big plus
Compensation, Benefits and Duration
Minimum Compensation: USD 39,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 137,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
Medical, vision, and dental benefits, 401k retirement plan, variable pay/incentives, paid time off, and paid holidays are available for full time employees.
